Description

Aperam Germany is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Controller for a VIE contract at our Robie Creek location.

Role:

  • Assist with monthly closing and preparation of Flash reports
  • Coordinate Actual and Forecast Reporting for Germany, Nordic, Austria, and Precision divisions
  • Analyze and report on costs, including creating detailed reports by cost center and identifying variances to budget and previous forecasts
  • Develop the yearly budget, with a focus on variable and fixed costs by month and cost center
  • Support Capex reporting for Actual, Forecast, and Budget
  • Conduct Cash Flow Analysis for Actual, Forecast, and Budget

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and preferably Google Sheets
  • General IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems (SAP, Tagetik, Gipsi)
  • Familiarity with working with large Excel files
  • Basic understanding of accounting and cost accounting
  • Fluency in English
  • University degree in Accounting or Controlling
