- Strong 8+ years of experience on resolving production issues for Life COMM and related interface system
- Experience on Assembler, COBOL, CICS, Life/70, MVS /JCL, VSAM, Easytrieve, DB2, TSO/ISPF
- Must have expertise in life Insurance/ Annuity domain.
- Experienced in end to end development & testing model
- Functional gap analysis, impact analysis on the Lifecomm application & map gaps against user requirement.
- Prepare of Estimation and timeline for various activities
- Create technical Specification document & Conduct technical walkthrough with various stakeholders and obtain required sign offs
- Functional support during development of applications
- Coordinate with Interface teams on Lifecomm integration touch points
- Peer review.
- Unit test plan, planning and execution
- Support for Program management activities including regular status reporting and escalation of challenges/ risks on timely basis
- Must have excellent Communication Skills

Delivery Lead - Software Engineering
Essential Job Functions:
•Support a team of software engineers in the development of software products and solutions, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
