Here's a great opportunity to join an established, but growing manufacturing company in the North Central Indiana small town of Nappanee and fill the important role of Supply Chain Manager.

In this role you'll oversee Material Supply, Inventory Management, Lead Time Management, Supplier Management, and Continuous Improvement.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
Oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and distribution
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, Nice to Have
Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and procedures
Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory management and procurement
Experience with data visualization tools for analyzing supply chain data
Solid understanding of logistics operations and transportation management
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make datadriven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, suppliers, and customers
Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines
