    Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB markets its products through multiple prominent brands including JE Pistons, Wiseco Performance Products, K1 Technologies, Diamond Pistons, Trend Performance, Rekluse Motor Sports, MGP Connecting Rods, ProX Racing Parts, Dart Machinery, PAC Racing, RevMax, Haltech, TSI, and TMG Performance. RWB sells to a diverse and unmatched customer base of professional and sportsman racers, engine builders, enthusiasts, OEMs, automotive and powersports dealers and wholesale distributors. RWB is headquartered in Mentor, Ohio with sales offices and manufacturing operations in strategic locations throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

    This position is located at Haltech, Lexington, KY, with travel to other RWB locations or events as required.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Haltech USA is looking for a Channel Sales Specialist to join the Haltech Lexington team. This position will primarily focus on B2B sales transactions and relationships while assisting Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to meet growth objectives through a variety of marketing initiatives.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Primary liaison for all B2B sales transactions.
    • Primary liaison for all influencer and marketing product transactions.
    • Manage B2B relationships through personal interaction both in-office and on-site at key partner locations.
    • Coordinate with RWB sales management to ensure compliance with B2B requirements and alignment with growth strategy.
    • Coordinate with internal Sales and Marketing teams to provide strategic B2B and B2C growth programs and marketing campaigns.

    Requirements:

    Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or (B.S.) in marketing preferred, HS Diploma required.

    Experience: 1 year marketing or sales preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Computer Skills: Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge/experience with ERP and order entry processes, a plus.

    Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates.

    Other Skills (Technical, or Other special knowledge and abilities): May require travel to customers, trade shows, and race/promotional events as necessary to assure success of sales. Projects a positive attitude towards the customer and co-workers, contributes to a positive working environment. Knowledge of aftermarket automotive performance and/or powersports is a plus.

    • Ability to drive and to travel by commercial airline.
    • Long periods of time sitting at a desk (daily).
    • Able to efficiently utilize computer equipment. Manual dexterity to type on computer keyboard and operate general office equipment, such as phone, fax, and copier.
