Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.What You'll DoThe channel sales organization works directly with the quota carrying account executives at Mimecast and will work directly with the Regional Sales Directors to align the partner strategy in the respective regions.

Responsible for the enablement, demand generation, alignment and marketing plans with a defined set of growth partners within a regionResponsible for building the Go To Market business plans with identified growth partnersResponsible for identifying and recruiting partners within the aligned geoResponsible for deal registration conversion within the aligned geoAligning internally with Quota Bearing Reps and Sales Leadership to drive toward a common goalWhat You'll BringDegree level education (preferred but not required)IT or SaaS sales/channel experienceProven achievement against activities/KPIsExperience managing partner relationshipsExcellent communication skills, and strong organizational and time management skillsResults oriented team player comfortable with a high performance and dynamic environmentFluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.
