    Growing manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to promote and sell a wide range of technical products to domestic and global markets both direct and through distribution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex international markets. Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share globally for technical products.
    • Lead and mentor sales staff to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of objectives.
    • Identify and establish new distribution channels, establish robust sales pipelines, and drive revenue growth.
    • Forge and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors worldwide.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously improve sales strategies and product positioning.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations to enhance product offerings and address customer requirements.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the President.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of at least 8 years in technical product sales.
    • Experience managing a large network of distributors.
    • Experience in international sales, understanding diverse cultures, market dynamics, and regulatory environments. Fluency in additional languages a plus.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans in a competitive global market.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
    Salary: 90,000-140,000
    Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree
