    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex international markets.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share globally for technical products. Lead and mentor sales staff to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of objectives. Identify and establish new distribution channels, establish robust sales pipelines, and drive revenue growth. Forge and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors worldwide. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously improve sales strategies and product positioning. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations to enhance product offerings and address customer requirements. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the President.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record of at least 8 years in technical product sales. Experience managing a large network of distributors. Experience in international sales, understanding diverse cultures, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
    Fluency in additional languages a plus. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans in a competitive global market. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.


    Salary:
    90,000-140,000Educational
