    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for an Automotive Sales Manager. As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of automotive sales, including customer satisfaction, sales, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an on-site role, located in Syracuse, NY.

    Qualifications
    • Automotive Sales and Sales skills
    • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Experience in automotive sales is preferred
    • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus
