$90-130K + bonus

Are you a results-oriented Sales Manager with a knack for driving sales of technical products in both domestic and global markets? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual experienced in technical sales. Join this exciting team in the Syracuse, NY area if you possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in navigating complex international markets. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand the market share of technical products on a global scale
Mentor and lead sales personnel to ensure cohesive collaboration and goal achievement
Identify and establish novel distribution channels, cultivate robust sales pipelines, and propel revenue growth
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with pivotal clients, partners, and distributors across the globe
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continually enhance sales strategies and product positioning
Collaborate across departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to enrich our product offerings and cater to customer requirements
Present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the President

Requirements:

8+ years of B2B technical sales experience, encompassing distributor management
Experience with HVAC, industrial products (fork trucks, motors), or mechanical components is required
Proficiency in collaborating cross-functionally across departments
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or engineering
Experience in international sales with a grasp of diverse cultures, market dynamics, and regulatory environments. Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills vital for fostering and sustaining client relationships
Demonstrated prowess in devising and implementing strategic sales plans within a competitive global market
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, including attendance at trade shows and client meetings
