- Ensure unwavering program compliance and actively collaborate with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadership to uphold operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.

- Cultivate and maintain a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction, understanding that a fulfilled team is essential for providing exceptional patient care.
- Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring continuous growth and excellence across all facets of the clinic.
- CO Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist) Required
- 2 years post-licensure and able to provide clinical supervision
- Experience working with families and clients, with a deep understanding of LGBTQIA-affirming care
- Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g. PHQ-9 or GAD-7) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
- Must have two years of experience leading an interdisciplinary team
- Two years of experience working with adolescents and teens in a medium to high-acuity setting providing individual, group, and family therapy
- One year of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
- Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required
