    Clinical Director – Greenwood Village, CO

    Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Per Year (DOE)

    $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

    Our client is a leading network of behavioral health treatment centers, for young people. They are seeking an experienced Residential Clinical Director with a proven track record of providing parent coaching and ensuring the team provides clinical excellence to support patients and families.

    As the Clinical Director, you'll lead with the support of a leadership team committed to providing quality care, while fostering trusting relationships within the team. The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring adherence to the proprietary treatment approach that focuses on family systems.

    The program's specialized inpatient treatments and areas of focus include:


    • DBT


    • TF-CBT


    • Experiential therapy


    • Equine therapy

    Responsibilities:


    • Uphold the highest standards of clinical integrity, ensuring strict adherence to policies, implementing effective therapeutic interventions, and championing the unique clinical approach.


    • Lead and guide the clinical team with authority and compassion, overseeing the collection of outcome measures, providing adept crisis management support, and ensuring meticulous documentation practices.


    • Foster regular collaboration with the onsite treatment team, clients, and parents to maintain a seamless and client-centric care environment.


    • Develop and maintain robust systems, processes, and procedures that not only support operational metrics but elevate them to new heights, working in close partnership with the Executive Director.

    • Play a key role on the leadership team of the program.


    • Ensure unwavering program compliance and actively collaborate with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadership to uphold operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.


    • Play a pivotal role in recruiting and retaining top clinical talent, leveraging your expertise to assemble a high-performing team.


    • Cultivate and maintain a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction, understanding that a fulfilled team is essential for providing exceptional patient care.


    • Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring continuous growth and excellence across all facets of the clinic.

    Qualifications:


    • CO Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist) Required


    • 2 years post-licensure and able to provide clinical supervision


    • Experience working with families and clients, with a deep understanding of LGBTQIA-affirming care


    • Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g. PHQ-9 or GAD-7) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes


    • Must have two years of experience leading an interdisciplinary team


    • Two years of experience working with adolescents and teens in a medium to high-acuity setting providing individual, group, and family therapy


    • One year of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities


    • Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required
