- Direct the activities of the Clinical Engineering staff, including training and oversight.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Manage the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP)
- Evaluates clinical equipment service program and modifies per compliance needs, efficiency, and cost controls.
- Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or technological-related field
- Five years of professional experience in the field of biomedical or clinical engineering in an acute care environment
- Three years of managerial experience in a clinical engineering environment
- Experience in regulatory compliance
- Experience managing financials, contracts, costing and equipment.
