    We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our team to help us drive our business forward. This is a brand-new role where you will be responsible for improving our account coverage, generating more business from our existing accounts, and understanding our landscape to continue to sell solutions that solve our customers' key challenges.

    Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Business Development, this candidate will be responsible for building relationships with our customers to improve product adoption, uncover expansion and cross-sell opportunities, and overall increase back-to-base sales.

    Responsibilities:
    • Generate new opportunities from existing customers and own our back-to-base sales pipeline
    • Own medaptus' customer accounts and act as a key resource to grow each individual account
    • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at each account
    • Understand the key buyers in each account, their challenges and needs, and identify white space gaps we can fill
    • Cross-sell and up-sell our solutions into existing accounts or into their additional facilities and departments
    • Lead negotiations with clients, addressing pricing, terms, and any objections; work to close deals within short time frames and within complex sales cycles
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and garner customer referrals
    • Conduct market research to understand our customers' needs and pain points; and showcase how we can help solve them
    • Liaison this market research with the product team to convey customer product feedback
    • Work with the Marketing Team to identify customer stories and case studies highlighting the value of our solutions
    • Gain testimonials from customers to use in marketing materials
    • Work with Marketing to conduct back-to-base marketing campaigns as needed
    • Report on your sales activity, including pipeline generation, bookings closed, opportunities generated, and account coverage metrics, in Salesforce and other tools as needed
    • Work with our Marketing, Customer Success, and general Leadership team to prioritize selling strategies and hit sales quotas and objectives
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 3-5years of sales or account management or customer development experience
    • Passionate, "hunter" mentality who is driven to go after new sales opportunities and meet sales targets
    • Experience with B2B enterprise software sales
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex sales processes
    • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic problem-solver
    • Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
    • Experience using Salesforce
    • Must be able to travel within North America, approximately 25-40%
