    Job Title: Tax Associate Job ID: 62714 Location: New York, New York Overview: A leading global law firm renowned for its comprehensive transactional tax practice, handling sophisticated work in complex M&A transactions, partnership and joint venture transactions, capital markets, and securitization offerings. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Tax Associate to join our client's dynamic Tax practice group in New York. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of transactional tax experience, preferably in a major law firm, and possess excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school or a Tax LL.M. program. What you will be doing:
    • Provide expert advice on complex M&A transactions.
    • Handle partnership and joint venture transactions
    • Assist in capital markets and securitization offerings
    • Work on diverse financial products within the tax domain
    What you must have:
    • 3-6 years of transactional tax experience
    • Preferably from a major law firm background
    • Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school or a Tax LL.M. program
    • Must be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
    • Must be motivated and proactive
    • Must have a positive attitude and good judgment

    COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement:
    • If hired, proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required unless a valid religious or medical reason for exemption is provided.
    Salary/Rate Range: $215,000 -$415,000 Compensation aligned with standard market-rate salary scale. Additional components of the company's total compensation and benefits package include:
