Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for various entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Tax Planning: Collaborate with senior tax professionals to devise tax planning strategies aimed at minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing benefits for clients.
Tax Research: Conduct indepth tax research to analyze complex tax issues and provide timely guidance to clients, staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
Client Advisory: Provide comprehensive tax advisory services to clients across a spectrum of tax matters, communicating implications and recommendations clearly.
Tax Audits and Disputes: Support clients in tax audits and disputes by preparing responses, gathering documentation, and negotiating resolutions with taxing authorities.
Tax Reporting and Filings: Prepare and file required tax forms and disclosures accurately and punctually, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Client Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the tax department to deliver effective tax solutions and share knowledge and resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; Master's degree in Taxation preferred.
CPA license or pursuit of CPA certification preferred.
Previous experience in tax preparation, planning, or consulting preferred.
Proficiency in tax and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
