    About the role:
    TQL is looking for an established industry leader, who has a history of success in Warehousing sales.

    As a new Sales Manager in our Warehouse department, you will be responsible for driving Warehousing revenue growth, sales strategies, and for the hiring, coaching, and development of Account Representatives (AR) and support staff.

    What you'll be doing:
    Work directly with Sales Team and Leaders to identify opportunities and drive brokerage revenue for Warehousing servicesBuild and grow the Warehousing support team to handle current and future business Establish effective relationships across the organization to achieve all sales and operational goalsProvide support on sales calls when needed, pertaining to Warehousing shipments Assist in establishing and developing carrier and vendor relationships to grow our Warehousing servicesResponsible for communicating updates, progress, and issues to executive leadershipTravel as needed for customer/carrier meetings and industry conventionsAssist ARs with strategies to ensure sales targets are met and that a high level of customer service is delivered to the sales floor and customers/carriersMonitor sales reports, take appropriate action, and communicate trends and market conditions to the Director and Vice PresidentResolve escalated accounting/claims issues when neededWhat you need:Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years' experience in Warehousing 4PL sales3+ years' sales management experience, preferably leading a team of 10+Experience negotiating SLAs and overseeing leasing strategies is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to coach and motivate othersOn call, receiving calls from carriers, clients, prospects and sales associates 24/7/365Capable of providing strong professional references - customer, superior, peer, and direct-reportWhere you'll be: 8001 Chatham Center Drive, Suite 500, Savannah, GA 31405
