Su misión será la de garantizar la operación y explotación de los servicios Industriales (centros de producción de Emergías renovables) para los que deberá asegurar la disponibilidad, correcta gestión de incidencias, cambios, peticiones, y los SLAs acordados.
Para ello gestionará tanto a los proveedores de servicios del área, como se coordinará con otros equipos de Acciona (equipos de proyectos, equipos de aplicaciones, servicios de usuario, y Operación y Mantenimiento de centros de producción).
Descripción del puestoGestión de servicios relacionados con el área de su responsabilidad: supervisión y operación TIC, definiendo y asegurando los estándares de calidad y seguridad necesarios para su implantación, operación y mantenimiento.
Gestión de terceras empresas administrando las necesidades de servicio técnico y humano, optimización en el uso de recursos. Seguimiento del nivel de servicio proporcionado.Liderazgo en la evolución de elementos "hard/soft".
Capacidad para dar soporte, participar y liderar la definición de arquitectura técnica, e explotar y dar seguimiento a proyectos técnicos.
Gestión de proveedores de servicio, control de la actividad y seguimiento de planes de mejora.Gestión, implantación y mejora continua en los diferentes servicios de su responsabilidad de los diferentes procesos operativos
ITIL:
incidencias, peticiones, cambios, capacidad, inventario, etc.
Definición de los estándares de calidad del soporte proporcionado a usuario por los equipos internos y externos, supervisando las soluciones propuestas y el seguimiento de la metodología.
Coordinación y soporte en la función a los responsables los centros de producción del grupo.Análisis de la disponibilidad de los entornos mediante herramientas de monitorización
Disponibilidad para hacer guardias en 24x7, para la toma de decisiones sobre el servicio.
Requisitos del candidato
Experiencia de al menos 2 años en puestos similares.
Alto conocimiento del "estado del arte" en materia de infraestructuras de comunicaciones.
Certificaciones en equipamiento de comunicaciones (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
Experiencia en la gestión de servicios de outsourcing.
Otras tecnologías valorables:
Scada, OPC, Modbus, protocolos de comunicación Industrial industriales, PLCs
Requerimientos:
Capacidad de Liderazgo y de negociación.
Capacidad de trabajar creativamente y analíticamente para comprender y estructurar las necesidades de los usuarios.
Capacidad de influir.
Capacidad de pivotar entre la operativa diaria y la planificación a largo plazo.
Nivel de inglés y español alto
