Job Summary:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Anticipates workforce needs.
  • Prioritizes customer calls effectively and coordinates with dispatch accordingly.
  • Ensures adherence to customer requirements and timely completion of calls.
  • Verifies compliance with customer regulations and approves work orders.
  • Reviews dashboards and financial reports to take necessary actions.
  • Supervises procurement of parts and supplies.
  • Maintains regular communication with customers to meet their expectations.
  • Resolves issues affecting customer satisfaction promptly.
  • Manages and organizes fleet, parts, and materials inventory, addressing any discrepancies timely.
  • Establishes and nurtures long-lasting relationships with customers and subcontractors.
  • Contributes to revenue growth by promoting service maintenance programs.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Communicates company vision, sets expectations, and ensures team accountability for outcomes.
  • Provides leadership, fosters a collaborative team environment, and acknowledges team achievements.
  • Conducts interviews, selects, hires, and manages onboarding of supervisors, team leads, and technicians.
  • Efficiently schedules and dispatches technicians based on skill levels, locations, and call volumes.
  • Manages performance, offers training, coaching, and feedback to Supervisors, Team Leads, and Technicians.
  • Utilizes metrics to drive accountability and performance.
  • Ensures adherence to Service policies and procedures, time management, etc.
  • Maintains high standards of customer service and work quality to meet customer expectations.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED, or completion of trade program or technical school. A college degree is a plus.
  • 5 + years of experience in security services, commercial construction, people management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in handling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and balancing competing demands with strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal/nonverbal and written communication skills, including strong customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of job site safety practices and ability to enforce safety protocols.
  • Understanding of company policies, procedures, and relevant State and Federal laws.
  • Good driving record.

- Time Management: Skilled in task prioritization in a dynamic environment. Can mentor technicians while managing calls efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000

Expected Weekly Hours: 40 hours
