    OVERVIEW:

    ETRO USA is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to drive our Women's collection. This person will serve as the primary liaison between all Department and Specialty Store accounts across the US. This role will develop new accounts, grow existing accounts and develop relationships with clients to generate sales and provide support during seasonal markets. This position is based in New York City and will report directly to the Vice President, Wholesale for ETRO USA.

    RESPONSIBILITES

    • Develop and strengthen client relationships with Buyers, Department Stores, Specialty Stores and E-Commerce sites
    • Meet and negotiate with key clients in regard to financial plans and sales targets prior to start of the season
    • Book and carry out showroom appointments.
    • Assist in the setup of Showroom collections per season.
    • Present collection and make recommendations based on sales performance and current trends
    • Provide the highest level of customer service and follow through on orders and deliverables for all accounts
    • Schedule regular visits to Department and Specialty Store accounts to perform product knowledge seminars and ensure visual merchandising standards and promote brand awareness
    • Collect and gather sales information to efficiently analyze the business
    • Process orders and build collaboration across departmental lines between Product, Sales Planning, Finance and the field to maximize sales and ensuring the right product is purchased and placed
    • Manage all aspects of customer relationships through relevant internal teams (i.e. logistics, customer service and credit management)
    Requirements:

    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
    • 3-5 years Wholesale experience with luxury and/or contemporary brands
    • Familiarity with major US retailers
    • Proven track record of building relationships with key Department and Specialty stores, along with an understanding of the targeted markets
    • Possess strong analytical skills with proficient use of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts, etc.) and Power Point
    • Ability to growing and developing a brand for market share by assessing appropriate distribution channels.
    • Self-starter with ability to organize and manage workload and work independently.

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Knowledge of Wholesale business, preferably in luxury retail environment
    • Developing and implementing a successful sales strategy
    • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
    • Strong attention to detail and high level of analytical and organizational skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships.
