    Talent Acquisition Manager

    As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a highly motivated individual who is responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day efforts of our Talent Acquisition Recruiting and Sourcing Team.

    The desired leader for this role will have, at the minimum, 3-5 years' direct recruiting experience with a concentration on high volume recruiting and professional roles.

    Our ideal candidate would also have at least 1-2 years' experience managing and directing departmental company integration and change management.

    They would also have a proven track record of success in managing in full-cycle recruiting and motivating teams in high stress situations while supporting company values and achieving desired performance goals.

    In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees.

    This position manages responsibilities in the following areas: recruitment and sourcing, resume review/phone screens, tracking/organizing data, posting positions on job boards, offer letters and working with the location team members to expedite onboarding process for new team members.

    Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
    Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time to hire, hire ratios.
    Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
    Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
    Build a professional network through relationships with Local Partners
    Identify trends affecting recruiting efforts
    When needed, plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
    Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
    Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
    Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
    Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; Language Ability
    Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
    Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
    Travel Requirements
    Traveling up to 10% as needed within region/territory. Meet requirements of our Motor Vehicle policy.
