    Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    Our client hospital organization is in search of a Sr. Utilization Mgt. RN Coordinator. This Mgt.

    RN Coordinator will monitor adherence to the hospital's utilization review plan to ensure the effective and efficient use of hospital services and monitor the appropriateness of hospital admissions and extended hospitals stays.

    This is a 100% onsite and in-person position.

    Administrative Director, Revenue Cycle


    COMPENSATION:
    Up to low $140K's* + Comprehensive Healthcare/Medical/Dental/Vision Plan (Salary level based on Experience, Certifications, & Education).

    • The starting base pay for this position is as shown above. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, and market demand. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

    EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • 4+ years of experience as an RN in Acute Care Hospital setting.
    • 4+ years of experience as an RN Case Manager.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence if required. Skills in written and oral formats of communication.

    EDUCATION & LICENSURE:

    • Current RN license in the State of California.
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or enrolled in BSN program within 30 days of start date and completion within 24 months of hire.
    • BLS required prior to hands on patient care.
