    General Position Description

    The Project Executive executes a companys strategy and objectives as it relates to the performance/execution of multiple projects and teams. They must define and oversee a list of dependent projects needed to reach the program's overall goals. The Project Executive reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

    Conti Federal Services is Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, however, the exact location of this Project Executive position may vary.

    Responsibilities

    + A senior Operations leader who manages multiple projects or large construction programs across regions and markets. Directly accountable for performance, execution and client satisfaction of those projects and programs.

    + Establishes and manages key performance metrics for project teams and ensures teams can deliver to established goals.

    + Manages key client relationships and is the senior executive coordinating with the client senior management/execution team.

    + Investigates the marketplace for potential partners (large, small, and SDBs) prior to opportunities being released. Evaluates their performance and potential fit with the company. Works with the Estimating and Proposal teams to incorporate this information into bids and proposals.

    + Collaborate with the Proposals, Estimating, Marketing, and Contracts staff on proposal preparation. This preparation includes executing teaming agreements, identification of key personnel, drafting a technical approach, creating organizational charts, creating a project schedule, and identifying risks.

    + Executes projects with profit margins in line with the company's goals.

    + Gather intelligence on, understands and can assess project competition.

    + Manages team performance and has supervisory oversight of execution teams.

    + Working with the Proposal Team lead, lead the development of win themes, key differentiators, and executive summaries to drive decision making in support of comprehensive and compliant proposal submittals.

    + Actively develops client relations to generate opportunities for new work.

    + Actively seeks customer feedback on bids, proposals and performance so the company management, estimating team, and Proposals team can determine high and low score areas, learn from this analysis and apply those lessons in future bids, proposals and execution.

    + Gathers intelligence to identify and win projects through active interface with program stakeholders in decision-making positions.

    + Prepares for and sets goals for negotiations. Understands the motivations of the key players and decision makers in the negotiation and knows how to answer their questions.

    Qualifications

    + For Security Clearance Requirements must be a US Citizen, as required.

    + Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

    + Ten or more years of program management experience in the US Federal Government contracting space.

    + Has a solid time management system, cost conscious, and demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills.

    + Excellent proficiency in MS Office products (primarily Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

    + Willing and able to travel frequently and for extended lengths when required.
