We are currently looking for a Call Center Agent for our client in Recklinghausen, starting as soon as possible.

We welcome applicants with no previous experience in this field.

B2B calls
Scheduling appointments for field staff
Needs analysis
Data entry and data management
Participation in project development and evaluation

Your profile as a Call Center Agent:

Excellent German language skills
Good computer skills
Enjoyment of customer contact
Good communication skills
Serviceoriented and customerfriendly work style

The location in the district of Recklinghausen is close to Herten, Herne, Gelsenkirchen, Marl, Castrop-Rauxel, Bochum, Haltern am See, Bottrop and Gladbeck.
