STEFES Ingredients GmbH is a medium-sized, internationally operating trading company in the field of raw materials for dietary supplements, food, and beverage industries.

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) in full-time to support our sales team at our Hartwell, MO location.


Your responsibilities:

  • National and international shipping processing
  • Coordinating delivery schedules and tracking shipments
  • Creating documents according to customer requirements and import regulations of the destination country
  • Invoicing
  • Handling returns and complaints
  • Maintaining customer master data
  • Correspondence in German and English
  • Creating mail merges
  • Creating specifications and qualityrelated documents as required
  • Providing sales support in the office, such as sending samples
  • Inventory management
  • Managing a small inhouse warehouse for smaller quantities: receiving goods, labeling, preparing goods for shipping by courier or pallet
  • Projectrelated tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a freight forwarder, industrial, wholesale or foreign trade clerk, or similar
  • Professional experience in import/export, logistics, and transportation preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably SAP
  • Class III/B driver's license
  • Precise, structured, and independent working style
  • High level of commitment, resilience, and customeroriented approach
  • Proactive, handson mentality, and team player
