Focus:
Care and Consultation of the Corporate Functions Department


Your main responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for advising and supporting executives and employees on all operational HRrelated topics along the employee lifecycle within your department
  • You are in charge of planning and implementing personnel measures, taking into account legal, collective bargaining, employment contract, and personnel requirements
  • You also have the responsibility of independently managing and implementing organizational changes, considering all codetermination issues
  • We expect a trusting and constructive collaboration with the works council
  • You are also involved in the implementation of global HR annual processes (e.g. performance review) and support the implementation of new HR tools
  • You work closely with HR colleagues, especially the Centers of Excellence
  • In addition, you contribute to process optimization within HR projects and support the implementation of strategic HR topics
  • You independently conduct BEM (occupational reintegration management) discussions

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in business or social sciences or a similar field
  • You have at least 6 years of experience as an HR generalist/HR business partner in an international company with a matrix structure, ideally in the life science/pharmaceutical/medical technology industry
  • You have previous experience as an HR business partner for central functions (corporate functions)
  • You have extensive experience in negotiating with the works council, e.g. works agreements, social plans, etc.
  • You also have good knowledge of individual and collective labor law
  • You have excellent communication
