What can you expect?

You will be responsible for the development of one of our ventures in Germany and will be in charge of its initial launch as well as its longterm development.
You will act as the interface between different departments and companies within the group and prioritize crossdepartmental topics. One focus will be on supply chain and production.
You will proactively drive the project and change management forward and demonstrate your communication skills when coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
You will ensure a smooth flow of project streams and find pragmatic solutions in case something goes wrong.

Requirements

What should you bring?

You already have at least 23 years of professional experience in a dynamic environment such as consulting, startups, or ecommerce.
You are analytical, structured, and adaptable in your approach and are also willing to tackle topics yourself.
You are communicative and able to engage with people and speak with them on an equal level, whether it's a customer advisor, CEO, or board member.
Experience in production and supply chain is a big plus.
You are fluent in English (written and spoken). Some travel readiness is required.
