    What you will doAs the Senior Manager of Global Licensing at Weight Watchers, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and brand equity through strategic licensing partnerships with global brands.

    This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of the licensing landscape, proven experience in negotiating and securing successful partnerships, and a passion for promoting health and wellness.


    Licensing Strategy:
    Execute a comprehensive licensing strategy aligned with Weight Watchers' brand objectives and business goals.
    Cultivate and maintain relationships with key global brands and leaders to establish mutually beneficial licensing partnerships. Comfortable interfacing with high level executives.

    Negotiates key business terms with licensees and analyzes quarterly revenue reports; ensuring alignment with the company's ongoing financial and brand equity initiatives.

    Develops a deep understanding of key product categories.
    Oversee the development and management of licensing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and local regulatory & QA requirements.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate licensed products and partnerships seamlessly into existing and future business initiatives.

    Who you areDomain Expertise & Organizational SkillsProven and demonstrated ability to recommend strategies to leadership and lead on their implementation.

    Fiscally minded; has the ability to see the big picture when it comes to budgeting and projecting financial plans.

    Proven track record of achieving revenue growth goals; and maintaining a strong pipelineQualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.7+ years of experience in licensing or partnerships.
    Familiar with the health and wellness industry and emerging trends.
    Proficient in CRM and project management tools.
    Strong communication and presentation skills.

    Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to:
    skills, experience, and location. Base Salary $130,000/yr to $145,000/yr#LI-RemoteAt WW, it is our priority to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace.
