    The Senior Director of Calvin Klein Global Product Licensing holds the responsibility for developing and executing Licensing product business strategies to maximize revenue and profit aligning with the brand and global internal product kitchen.

    As a key member of the Licensing leadership team reporting to the EVP Global Licensing, you will collaborate closely with the CK senior leadership to ensure that all product strategies are brand-focused and in line with the overall brand proposition. You will manage external licensees and contracts to drive business growth and meet financial targets.

    In this role, you need outstanding communication and influencing skills to work with internal stakeholders across Design, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketing. Previous experience in leading within a global brand-led enterprise is essential.

    You must demonstrate a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, especially in brand and product development. Being a respected leader in the apparel and lifestyle licensee industry is crucial, with the ability to nurture relationships, influence stakeholders, and manage partnerships effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all Calvin Klein Global & North America Product licensee businesses
    • Create brand-aligned product strategies to grow market share and drive financial results through licensee partnerships
    • Engage with executive partners across multiple licensees and product categories to make informed decisions that contribute to business growth
    • Develop initiatives with EVP Licensing and Product Licensees to enhance product categories in line with long-term planning
    • Collaborate with CK brand and regional teams on initiatives applicable to licensees
    • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in partnership with brand leaders and finance
    • Oversee budgets, financial forecasting, and performance improvement opportunities with licensees
    • Support transitions between licensed and in-house products, analyze business viability, and provide operational support
    • Empower and guide the NY-based Licensing team towards achieving goals and individual growth

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in brand development and product licensing
    • Proven strategic thinker with a focus on corporate objectives
    • Expertise in apparel retail and competitive brand landscape
    • Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
    • Demonstrated brand-building experience
    • Team-oriented with leadership experience
    • Global business model experience with international partners

    Pay Range: $160,000 - $200,000
