    REQUIRED ACCREDIDATION:

  • Bachelor's degree

    • REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrated track record of building sales pipeline, closing sales of complex systems or services with protracted sales cycles.
  • 6+ years outside sales experience; experience in commercial real estate, physical access control and/or managed security services market is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience with SalesForce automation systems, Sugar experience is a plus.
  • Must be willing to participate in and pass the company's pre-employment screening process including a background investigation, drug screening and driving record review.
  • Must have access to reliable vehicle and maintain proper levels of insurance coverage as well as a safe driving record and valid driver's license to fulfill the travel requirements of this position.
  • Must be able to meet and continue to meet state licensing requirements for security.
  • Must be able to meet client background and suitability screening when required to access client's data and/or site.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US and at least 18 years old.

  • the employee may be exposed to construction zones
  • the employee will be required to drive a car to and from client meetings and project sites
