Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our IT recruitment division. This role requires a strategic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales and business development within the IT staffing industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT industry, including technology firms, startups, and other potential clients.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing customized recruitment solutions.
3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
4. Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications:
