Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This includes performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any maintenance needs
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting and carpentry
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and document work orders
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks
Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or tasks
Cleaning common areas and grounds
Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Experience with CMMS software is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated the ability to work independently or as part of a team

$ $24.35 per hour
