Wingate Management is seeking an administrative assistant for a LIHTC property in Concord, NH.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
  • Maintain the general office filing system
  • Assist with certification of resident files
  • Assist with relocation of resident households
  • General office duties as required
  • Qualifications for Receptionist
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 23 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong phone skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
  • Assist with certification of resident files
  • Assist with relocation of resident households
  • General office duties as required
Qualifications for Receptionist

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience providing clerical and administrative support
  • Must be proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Typing: 75 wpm
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Be reliable, selfmotivated, courteous, patient and compassionate
  • Must be detailoriented, able to work as a team player, and able to prioritize and perform multiple projects
  • Must have a good command of the English language, be able to spell and accurately proofread correspondence prior to mailing
Experience in property management a plus


Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
