Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dedicated and creative marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Ad Management: Lead the management of online ads and listings for Wingate communities, ensuring they attract potential residents effectively.

Social Media Maven: Be the voice of Wingate across our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), engaging our audience and showcasing the unique lifestyle our communities offer as well as representing the Company

Reputation Guardian: Monitor and maintain our online reputation across various platforms, ensuring our communities and company maintain a positive image.

Tech Savvy: Oversee the setup and utilization of marketing software products to streamline our digital efforts and improve efficiency.

Analytical Ace: Dive deep into marketing data to identify trends and insights that inform future strategies. Analyze campaign results, conversion rates, and website traffic to drive continuous improvement.

Creative Collaborator: Assist in developing eye-catching marketing materials tailored to the apartment industry, showcasing the Wingate brand's unique offerings.

Company Brand Champion: Uphold and promote the Wingate brand across all digital channels, ensuring consistency and excellence in our messaging.

Traveler: Be willing to travel occasionally to visit our properties, gaining firsthand insights into their unique attributes and needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 25 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within the apartment industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Canva and strong graphic design skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics and analyzing campaign reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Property Management or a similar industry, giving you insight into the unique challenges and opportunities in apartment marketing.
- Previous property management software is a plus
Pay:
$56, $65,000.00 per year
