    Description

    Who we are:

At Ragnar, we have built a premiere series of road and trail running adventures. We are excited about the progress we've made over the past 20 years and are just scratching the surface of our potential. We want to change how individuals spend their weekend and infuse adventure into their everyday life.

We have built a coast-to-coast relay series, our own technology platform, dabbled in virtual events and partnered with some amazing brands along the way. Here at Ragnar, we are a passionate and scrappy team coming together from a wide range of backgrounds to solve incredibly complex problems and deliver amazing experiences.

We are looking for Brand Ambassador/Event Activation Staff to join our team. - Collaborate with manger to develop and implement innovative activation strategies that align with Ragnar's brand and objectives.

    - Share all results and feedback with manager to ensure we improve activation strategies.

    - Contribute to the development of new activations throughout the year to further engage participants and enhance the overall Ragnar experience.

    - Please note that this is not an exhaustive list, and additional activations will be added over time to continually enhance participant engagement and event experiences.

    - Tracking and reporting on all activations, including inventory reporting and recording customer feedback and relaying that to the manager

    - Attending training sessions to familiarize yourself with Ragnar and our partners
    • Greeting and interacting with our participants in a positive manner:
    - Answering customer's questions about Ragnar, our events, our partners, and our partners' products

    - Creating a fun and positive experience (e.g., assisting with contest/games, cheering on participants)
