- Manage the day-to-day activities and securing orders from assigned accounts and markets.
- Work individual requests for quotes to provide an optimal and satisfactory solution for the customer that also satisfies company goals
- Educate and work with key accounts within market assignments to develop relationships and make sales
- Follow projects post-sale through the warranty period
- Read and interpret technical specifications (Bid documents) and plans (Blueprints).
- Compile estimates for bid pricing
- Apply understanding of project terms for HVAC unit components including manufacturer recommendations, design and industry standards
- Travel to close projects and to deliver presentations.
- Attend trade shows as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with factory representatives Requirements:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering required
- 3-5 years of experience with HVAC design and/or manufacturing
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to travel about 25-40% in the U.S.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Excellent organizational skills #LI-TN1
