- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, managing expectations while identifying solutions and technical challenges with internal teams
- Gather feedback from clients to recommend new product features and improvements
- Document best practices and workflows and create valuable, repeatable solutions
- Provide support to the post-sale implementation team
- Ability to travel to customer sites 30% of the time.
- 5+ years of experience working as an Applications Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect
- 3+ years of experience with Linux
- Proven and practical project management skills
- Capable of effectively managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Lite programming skills for minor work, Python, Java, Shell Scripting, or other languages
- Enterprise software experience, prefer experience working for a software company
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant education and certifications.
- Some of the following experiences: a) Any cloud experience and exposure to Kubernetes and Docker, b) Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, c) Spatial Computing: AutoCAD or 3D, i.e., experience playing 3D video games, etc.
