- Oversee end-to-end management of procurement activities for the AMR Region within GIS End User Services, including purchasing, receipt of goods, invoicing, and payment, while ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
- Utilize proficiency in ServiceNow to facilitate operational metric reporting.
- Manage the lifecycle of all IT assets within GIS End User Services, including Computers, Mobile Devices, and Peripherals, ensuring optimal stock levels based on demand and supply chain lead times.
- Cultivate and maintain strong vendor relationships, conducting regular operational reporting.
- Conduct regular audits of internal asset management systems.
- Provide strategic input into regional inventory management.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, asset lifecycle management, and inventory control systems.
- Collaborate with the global EUS team and GIS End User Computing function to maintain regional hardware standards.
- Experience in Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in creating, documenting, and improving process lifecycles.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple departments and organizations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in ITIL, Service Management, or CMDB is preferred.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Advocate for change and continual iterative improvement.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in procurement and asset management.
- Experience working within an IT organization.
