    Join Our Team as a Customer Support Representative at Zerorez

    This role involves working onsite.

    Responsibilities of a Zerorez Customer Support Representative:

    • Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues using various technologies
    • Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts to manage reservations, inquiries, and cancellations
    • Initiate outbound calls for follow-ups and sales
    • Provide product information and educate customers
    • Conduct sales over the phone
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required

    Qualities Needed to Join Zerorez as a Customer Support Representative:

    • Positive and friendly attitude
    • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
    • Strong written communication abilities
    • Prior experience in customer support
    • Capability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
    • Experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Products
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
    • Previous sales experience is preferred
    • Reliable transportation for commuting
    • Must be open to varied schedules including some Saturdays
