Plains All American is an industry-leading transportation and midstream provider specializing in transportation, storage, processing and marketing solutions for crude oil and natural gas liquids (NGLs).
We own an extensive network of pipeline transportation, terminalling, storage and gathering assets in key crude oil and NGL producing basins and transportation corridors and at major market hubs in the United States and Canada.
On average, Plains handles more than 6 million barrels per day of crude oil and NGL in its Transportation segment.
The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas.Analyst – LMS position assists with administering employee training through the Learning Management System (LMS) including testing new content, troubleshooting user technical issues, assisting with assignments, documenting processes, and developing reports and queries for a variety of internal needs.
The selected candidate will be eligible for company benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, vacation time off, and flex days.Additionally, this position comes with the option of a hybrid work schedule, combining working in our Houston office with working remotely.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and user issues, including content, coding, and course configuration errors
Ensure functionality of the LMS in the areas of registration, notification, administration of training operations, assessments, and resource management
Recommend future improvements, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the LMS, including content management, workflow processes and user experience
Document existing and new processes, procedures, and guides
Facilitate training to users, super users, and business unit administrative support
Manage shared inbox – process a high volume of requests/inquiries, record training completions
Process Training Department coding and invoicing
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental skills, principles, and concepts.
Knowledge of practices and procedures, skills, regulatory and business training requirementsDevelops skills by performing structured work assignments.
