- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials.
- Current active admission to a U.S. Bar required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, or similar regulatory compliance matters.
- Strong interest in technology and understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to cybersecurity and data protection on a global basis.
- Experience advising corporations or similarly sized organizations on cybersecurity legal matters preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
