A Business Support provides a consistently high level of support to Door Centers, Sales, and other departments within the organization.
Provides administrative support to Manufacturing Operations, Sourcing, Distribution Operations, and other functional areas to ensure the company's business needs are met by email, telephone and in person.
Creates and processes sales orders and purchase orders, through analysis and processing of demand messages and requests from multiple departments.
Order processing includes changes, cancellations, corrections, and communication of special requirements to responsible departments (quality audit, custom build/packaging, etc.)Maintains work orders for all manufacturing plants to ensure on-time performance and accuracy of material produced. Facilitates communication between Manufacturing Operations and other departments or locations.
Achieves and maintains rapport with Door Centers, Production leadership, and other internal departments, to provide the best possible service and optimize operational performance.
Processes inter-company credits and generate replacement orders based on reported Quality Issues. Utilizes quality reporting tool as well as EPR system to support this process.Conducts research to provide root cause analysis for product delays, shortages, errors, etc. Communicates to Purchasing, Product Structure, Distribution, Manufacturing, and other departments to resolve issues.
Reviews Door Center inventory levels and ensure DCs have product needed to meet demand.
Enters and coordinates orders for materials and equipment.
Processes and Expedites orders to adjust stock levels at Door Centers.
Ensures all supply chain and customer requirements are met to facilitate complete and accurate shipment of backordered material. Provides data and material support to Sales and Field Operations staff.
Reviews inventory levels notifies Inventory Control of discrepancies. Assists with root cause analysis and resolution.
Verifies shipment accuracy using various reports and data sources. Supports Return-To-Stock process in Kansas plant.
Provides administrative support to Manufacturing Operations, Sourcing, Distribution Operations, and other functional areas to ensure the company's business needs are met.

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and an aptitude for learning and retaining product/policy and procedural knowledge.
Experience in professional writing and communication.Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Navigator experience or proficiency with similar web-based enterprise management system is a plus.
Customer service experience is a plus.
