The PCA EVV Coordinator is responsible for assisting consumers and PCA Skills Specialists with questions regarding Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) inquiries as well as other PCA-related matters.

Provides administrative support to the PCA Director to ensure that the Consumer experience is positive and adheres to EVV compliance requirements and consumer satisfaction expectations.

This person will work to provide quick resolution and guidance for all EVV program needs and training to support Consumers and Surrogates.


What you will be doing:


  • Assists program management with the accurate and timely completion and submission of EVV related reporting.
  • Provide guidance and support to the EVV Specialists to ensure EVV consumers are provided outreach and Skills Training.
  • Assist with training of new EVV Specialists.
  • Responds promptly to consumer's EVV and general PCArelated inquiries.
  • Provides general administrative support to the PCA program to ensure cohesive operation, may include travel.
  • Provides assistance to PCA consumers who visit the office.
  • Acts as the liaison between consumers and their assigned skills trainers when skills trainers are unavailable.
  • Conducts outreach to consumers who are noncompliant with EVV requirements to ensure compliance in accordance with MassHealth regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Works with the PCA department to identify opportunities to improve service quality, consumer experience, and clinical and documentation workflow.
  • Maintains current and uptodate consumer records and provides weekly reporting.
  • Assists in the preparation and ongoing effectiveness of EVV training materials.
  • Maintains collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues in order to effectively contribute to the working group's achievement of goals, and to help foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist with special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for?

  • High school diploma or equivalent with minimum of two years of related experience or relevant Independent Living experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Ability to work as an independent contributor and as a team member in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication/interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to maintain confidence and safeguard operational integrity by keeping information confidential.
Ability to travel independently & reliable transportation required.
