    Description

    EXCELLENT CHANCE TO JOIN AS A BILINGUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN AVENTURA



    Work alongside the property manager providing administrative and clerical assistance. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll need to maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors, unit owners, tenants, colleagues, and vendors.



    Responsibilities:
    • Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
    • Manage office filing, faxes, and incoming emails.
    • Process work orders and schedule moves and events.
    • Maintain contact information in the management database.
    • Distribute sales and lease packages, conduct background checks, and handle applications.
    • Prepare architectural modification applications and manage resident interactions.
    • Assist in preparing and sending out correspondence and notices.
    • Handle common area inventory such as access devices, parking decals, and guest parking.
    • Organize all Association files and maintain knowledge of rules and regulations.
    • Support the manager with additional tasks as needed.


    FULL-TIME POSITION



    PAY RATE: $19 per hour
