    Position Summary

    Dive into the heart of innovation as the Manager of ERP Systems, where you'll spearhead the transformative integration and continuous enhancement of Oracle Fusion Applications. This role is your platform to showcase a blend of technical mastery and visionary leadership, crafting an ERP environment that's not just efficient but revolutionary.     Duties and Responsibilities
    • Leads the end-to-end implementation process of Oracle Fusion Applications within the organization, including planning, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
    • Ensures that the Oracle Fusion suite is optimally configured to meet the business's unique needs and processes.
    • Manages and develops a team of Oracle Fusion specialists and analysts, if necessary.
    • Provides training, guidance, and support to ensure the team is knowledgeable about Oracle Fusion's latest features and best practices.
    • Analyzes and redesigns business processes to leverage Oracle Fusion Applications fully.
    • Ensures seamless integration with existing systems and workflows, optimizing efficiency and data coherence across the organization.
    • Acts as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external Oracle support services.
    • Gathers requirements, provides ongoing support, and ensures that Oracle Fusion solutions align with business goals and user needs.
    • Develops strategic plans for the continued evolution and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Applications within the organization.
    • Develops and manages budget to ensure required resources are available.
    • Monitors system performance, generates reports, and provides insights to senior management to support decision-making.
    • Ensures that Oracle Fusion implementations adhere to industry best practices and compliance standards.
    • Stays updated on new features, updates, and trends in the ERP space to keep the organization at the forefront of technological advancements.
    • Fosters a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and professional growth that aligns with Empower's values.
    • Conducts performance evaluations, offers constructive feedback, and contributes to direct reports development, focusing on excellence and innovation.
    • Partners with department leadership in the hiring process including interviewing, training, and onboarding new employees.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    Knowledge and Skills
    • Extensive knowledge of business process re-engineering and integration principles, with a proven track record of leveraging Oracle Fusion to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
    • Strong project management skills, evidenced by successful end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post-deployment support.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business needs, design effective Oracle Fusion solutions, and resolve complex system issues.
    • Deep familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware, cloud infrastructure solutions, and database technologies, ensuring a robust and scalable Oracle Fusion environment.
    • Highly self-motivated with the ability to identify areas of focus and tackle new challenges with or without direction.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
    • Ability to achieve precise and measurable results through the development of key performance indicators (KPIs), goals, and milestones.

    Experience and Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Applications, with a comprehensive understanding of ERP modules.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, including building, managing, and mentoring a team of Oracle Fusion professionals to achieve high performance and deliver significant business value.
    • Relevant Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud certifications preferred, showcasing a commitment to maintaining expert-level knowledge in the field.
    • Experience in the healthcare and pharmacy industry is preferred.
