RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and customer purchase orders to ensure overall product manufacturing information/data is entered into the ERP system correctly.
- Ensure manufacturing routers/jobtravelers are correct and ready in a timely manner.
- Purchasing of materials and other goods (in accordance with customer specifications) needed for manufacturing.
- Scheduling and creating purchase orders for specialized outsideservices as required per customer specifications
- Ability to interpret customer specifications/drawings on a technical level to ensure all aspects of manufacturing practices are linedout correctly (to include: machining, coating, plating, special packaging requirements, marking requirements, etc ).
- Extracting reports from the ERP system.
- Attend company management review meetings with the ability to answer any questions related to purchasing and outside services

Understanding and knowledge of ERP Systems

Understanding and knowledge of engineering drawings, technical specifications

Understanding and experience in materials/services procurement

Understanding and experience creating BOMs/Routers for manufacturing processing

Understanding and experience with RFQ processing, and cost research for materials/services

Time Management and Organizational Skills.
Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
