Primary
Responsibilities:


  • Answer phones and greet vendors, customers, and applicants with a welcoming attitude.
  • Maintain warehouse inventory management system (NetSuite)


  • Inventory

  • Real time Work Order updates, Work Order Completion, Cycle Counts, Proactive Cycle Counts, Appropriate Inventory Corrections
  • Generate part numbers/BOM's within ERP system (NetSuite)
  • Manages and creates inventory control processes
  • Reads Prints (2D Drawings) and enters part numbers, materials into ERP system (NetSuite)
  • Analyze physical inventory, establishing/maintaining inventory discrepancy investigations
  • Establishes processes and procedures that support and record production inventory activities
  • Responsible for all inventory adjustments in ERP system (NetSuite). This includes notification of changes to appropriate personnel and obtaining prior authorization to make changes in ERP system (NetSuite)
  • Ensures all packing lists and/or pertinent documentation is scanned in NetSuite and filed in appropriate location as directed
  • Post company informational postings/memos such as employee EEO posters, employee meetings, monthly event memos, and any other miscellaneous memos as necessary.
  • Keep Kitchen, Bathrooms, Conference Room, and other Office areas clean, stocked, and tidy; purchase items to restock as necessary. Take out trash in kitchen daily or when full.
  • Assist Office Manager and Director of HR with all employee meetings and company events for employees and customers
  • Assist all other departments with any necessary administrative tasks.
  • Employee Appreciation Fridays provide employees with fresh popcorn and/or snocones
  • Backup and/or assist Office Manager with billing
  • Assist Office Manager with any miscellaneous tasks as necessary.

Requirements:


  • Experience with NetSuite a plus
  • Clear, effective communication with a friendly attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively across department teams
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Selfdriven and a team player with strong work ethic and initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
  • Ability to operate under deadlines and prioritize projects when necessary
  • High school diploma or GED
