    JOB DESCRIPTION

    TITLE: HR COORDINATOR: Recruiting, Internships and Education Partnerships

    DEFINITION : Reporting to the Human Resources Director this position will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of employment partnerships/internships with colleges and universities. This position is responsible for manage the internship process.

    QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's Degree or 2 years' experience in human resources. Proficiency with MS Office Suites, at least one human resources software package, and functional knowledge of a computerized payroll/HRIS system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

    • Ability to handle high degree of pressure.
    DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

    a) Develops system for managing and tracking internship processes and procedures.

    b) Department liaison for universities/colleges handling contracts, attendance and troubleshooting problems relating to fulfillment of requirements.

    c) Coordinates, administers and processes weekly informational reports on interns.

    d) Partner with universities/colleges to promote and post internship roles.

    e) Partner with diverse student organizations to source candidates for opportunities

    f) Provide overall administrative and project support to the HR Generalist/Recruiter with internal onboarding procedures, scheduling of interviews, preparing materials, pre-screen candidates as needed for recruiters and job sourcing with agencies.

    g) Assists department with various projects and programs for all company employees.

    h) Meet and greet candidates to ensure exceptional interview experience.

    i) Other duties as assigned .

    PERFORMANCE MEASURES :

    • Accuracy and timeliness of Partnership agreements.

    • Dependable, good attendance record

    • Successfully handles automated data systems.

    • Produces high quality records and reports.

    • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

    • Ability to handle frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.

    • PCA management and staff.
    • Universities and colleges
    • General public.
    SALARY: $42,000- $48,620.25
