- Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or two SVPs and senior leadership
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and coordinate internal/external meetings
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including materials and room arrangements
- Book domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Process invoices and perform data entry
- Draft internal communications and announcements
- Provide backup support to administrative counterparts
- Partner closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless leadership support
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively manage priorities
- 3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Experience supporting executive-level leaders preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable handling multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience with Oracle iExpense
- Experience with MarkView
- Spanish-speaking skills (preferred but not required)
