    Position Purpose:

    Responsible for the implementation of environmental, fleet safety, and occupational health and safety programs to ensure legal compliance and maintain a secure working environment. Also in charge of facility security, disaster preparedness planning, and claims management. Promotes a culture of safety and teamwork within the organization.

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Ensure safety programs are within budgetary guidelines.
    • Reduce lost workdays and OSHA recordable incidents.
    • Develop strong interpersonal relationships internally and externally.
    • Enhance safety policies and procedures.
    • Monitor safety programs and make necessary changes to ensure associate safety.

    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
    • Minimum 6 years in Occupational safety and health management or related area.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Environmental Management, or related field.
    • 6-10 years in safety and health management, preferably in the foodservice industry.
    • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or related certification.
