    A Cashier/Customer Service position at Brand Avenue involves handling customer transactions efficiently and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience. This role combines cashier duties with customer service responsibilities to meet the needs of our valued customers.
    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude as they enter the store.
    • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
    • Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments and issue receipts to customers.
    • Answer customer questions and provide assistance with product inquiries, pricing, and promotions.
    • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including stocking bags, cleaning registers, and sanitizing surfaces.
    • Assist with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store appearance as needed.
    • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
